We started in Tracy because the work was here. Construction booms, agricultural operations, festivals and emergency responses all need fast, reliable sanitation. When a job breaks down on a Friday or a pipe backs up over a weekend, you need someone local who picks up the phone. That's us. We own our equipment instead of leasing from a regional chain, which means we control the maintenance schedule and the response time. Every unit we send out meets OSHA 1926.51(c)(1) sanitation standards for construction sites, whether it's a standard porta potty or an ADA accessible unit. Our trucks are fueled, serviced and ready to roll before dawn most days.
The crew knows Tracy's roads, weather and job sites. We've pumped septic tanks in residential neighborhoods on the north edge of town and set up portable restroom trailers for county fairs at the fairgrounds. We understand the difference between a weekday construction crew needing daily rentals and a Saturday wedding needing coverage from noon to midnight. What we rent
We stock portable toilets in standard, deluxe flushable and ADA models. A standard unit holds 60 to 70 gallons and sits roughly 44 by 48 inches on the ground. Roll-off dumpsters come in 10 to 40 yard sizes for demolition, renovation and site cleanup. Septic pumping serves residential tanks that typically need service every 3 to 5 years, depending on household size and tank capacity. We also rent storage containers for equipment and materials, temporary fencing for job site perimeter control, and handwashing stations that meet 29 CFR 1910.141(d)(2) requirements with soap and towels included. For larger events and construction sites, restroom trailers offer stall counts and hot water service that standard units can't match.
Delivery within Tracy runs fast. A dumpster needs about 60 feet of straight clearance behind the truck to set safely. We handle the placement and confirm accessibility with you before we roll. If you're working in a neighboring town, Mountain House sits 7.8 miles northwest and Lathrop is 13.8 miles northeast. We service all of them.
How we work
Call or submit a quote request and tell us what you need: crew size, rental duration, site constraints. For construction sites, we use crew count and shift length to right-size the toilet count under OSHA rules. For events, we work backward from attendance and duration. We show up on the date you pick, position equipment to your specs, and service on schedule. If something breaks or a unit fills faster than expected, call us and we swap it out. No runaround, no email chains. We've been doing this long enough to move fast and still do it right.
How many units do I need for my crew?
That depends on your crew size and shift length. OSHA 1926.51(c)(1) requires one toilet facility for 20 workers or fewer. Above that, the ratio shifts. A crew size guide breaks down the math by job type. Call us with your headcount and we'll confirm the count.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Yes. We field emergency calls and weekend events all year. Same-day response costs more than a scheduled weekday delivery, but we're available. Ask about emergency rental rates when you call.
Can I rent a unit for a single day?
Absolutely. Daily rental rates apply to one-off events, short-term projects and emergencies. Weekly and monthly pricing works better if you're on site longer.
Do you service areas outside Tracy?
Yes. We cover San Joaquin County and the surrounding towns. Brentwood is 23.6 miles northwest, Oakley 26.4 miles northwest and Dublin 27.1 miles west. We charge a delivery fee for longer routes, but we go where the work is.
What's included in a rental?
The unit, delivery, pickup and one scheduled service visit per week. Handwashing stations include soap and towels. If you need more frequent service or a specialized setup, we build a custom quote around your job.
